We are looking for a Remote Inside Sales Representative who is proactive, customer-oriented, and skilled at building relationships. In this role, you will connect with potential clients through calls and emails, identify their needs, and present tailored solutions that drive business growth. Youll also manage existing customer accounts, handle inquiries, process orders, and provide high-quality service that ensures client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate combines strong communication and sales skills with excellent organization and attention to detail, thriving in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

What you'll do

  • Make outbound calls and send follow-up emails to potential customers.
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Manage and grow customer accounts through excellent service and support.
  • Process orders, renewals, and refund or exchange requests accurately.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in virtual meetings and ongoing training to stay current on products and processes.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales or customer service (remote experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online meeting tools.
  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Who you'll work with

You'll collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to convert leads into loyal customers. You'll interact directly with clients, prospects, and internal support staff to ensure a smooth sales process and an excellent customer experience, while reporting to the Sales Manager or Account Director.
